At Reimagined Furniture Studios, we want your new piece to arrive safely, securely, and in a way that works best for you. Here’s how our shipping process works:
Free Curbside Delivery
We proudly offer free curbside delivery on all furniture purchases.
Your order will be shipped directly to your driveway or curb.
This service does not include bringing the item inside or unpacking it.
Perfect for customers who have help available to move their piece indoors.
Someone must be available at the time of delivery. Please provide any dates your unavailable to accept delivery in the 4 weeks after placing your order.
White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
For a more convenient experience, we offer White Glove Delivery at an additional cost. You can add this service to your cart at checkout.
Your item will be brought inside your home and placed in the room of your choice.
Packaging will be removed and disposed of by the delivery team.
Second-story delivery is available if needed—please let us know in advance.
Shipping Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks of purchase.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the size of your order, and carrier scheduling.
You will receive tracking updates and an estimated delivery window once your shipment is scheduled.
What to Expect at Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time window.
You must be present to receive your order—carriers cannot leave large furniture unattended.
Before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL), you must inspect your piece thoroughly for any visible damage.
If damage is found, please see below for further details.
If you have tight entryways, stairs, or narrow hallways, please measure in advance to ensure your piece will fit.
Delivery teams are not permitted to rearrange your existing furniture or modify doorways to accommodate your piece.
Shipping Insurance & Damages
We carefully select our carriers to ensure your piece arrives in excellent condition—but sometimes, life just happens.
All shipments include insurance through the carrier at no additional cost.
Upon delivery, you must inspect your piece fully before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
If any damage is found:
Note the damage on the BOL before signing.
Take clear photos of the damage and the BOL.
Send the photos and BOL to us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
A claim must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Outcomes of damage claims vary depending on the situation and are determined by the carrier.
Reimagined Furniture Studios is not liable for shipping damage but will work with you to ensure the claim is processed promptly.
Important Notes
For rural or remote areas, delivery times may take slightly longer.
White Glove Service must be arranged at the time of purchase or shortly after.
Shipping is not available in some areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific and some remote or rural locations. Please contact us before purchase if your address might fall into this category.
